Established in 1983 in Toulouse on the initiative of André Turcat, the aims of the National Air and Space Academy are the following: "To encourage the development of high quality scientific, technical, cultural and human actions in the realms of Air and Space, promote knowledge in these areas and constitute a focal point for activities." Its 330 members, who come from all walks of aerospace life – pilots, astronauts, scientists, engineers, doctors, manufacturers, economists, lawyers, artists ... – all work together to achieve these essential goals.
The Academy is composed of Fellows from European countries, Foreign Associate members from countries outside of Europe; Emeritus members (fellows and associate at 75 years of age), Honorary members and Correspondents to ensure the link between the Academy and contemporary aerospace activities.
DigitalPlace is a cluster of digital businesses the Midi-Pyrenees region in France. It is comprised of companies of all sizes, from start-up, to mid-sized business representing all trades of information technology and communication.
The aim of DigitalPlace is to bring the Pyrenees region to a leading position in terms of ICT. It will reach this goal by encouraging the emergence of pioneering start-ups, by contributing to the development of international champions and by promoting the innovation and technological excellence in this region.
The Silicon Valley Space Business Roundtable (SVSBR) is an organization that encourages the growth and development of aerospace-related businesses in California’s Silicon Valley. They closely collaborate with for-profits, universities, other non-profit organizations and government agencies including NASA Ames Research Center. As the west coast’s only organization of its kind, they provide input to leadership groups to expand the area’s business base by providing specific recommendations to improve the space business climate. SVSBR has its sights on the future of high technology. They provide forums by leading aerospace leaders to educate the industry on initiatives and goals.
Space Angels Network is a professionally managed national network of seed‐ and early‐stage investors focused on aerospace‐related ventures. Space Angels Network members share a common passion for promoting the development of the aerospace industry and related technologies while also earning attractive returns on private investments.
Space Angels Network facilitates investment in aerospace‐related ventures by connecting entrepreneurs and investors on its online deal management platform and through periodic Aerospace Venture Forums, which offer entrepreneurs opportunities to meet face‐to‐face with accredited investors and present their ventures for their consideration. Through its extended strategic relationships with venture capital firms, federal science and technology agencies, state economic development organizations, research universities, incentive prize organizations, and other partners, Space Angels Network creates a robust ecosystem for both aerospace entrepreneurs and investors to connect for seed‐ and early‐stage financing.

The Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) is a US-based nonprofit member-benefit society that serves satellite professionals around the world throughout their careers. It aims to promote access to high-quality, satellite-related education on the post-secondary and continuing (adult) levels through scholarships, partnerships with student organizations, hosting conferences and publishing the world's first online journal on space communications.
SSPI helps satellite professionals to advance their careers by creating opportunities for them to do business with each other and learn from each other through Chapter programs, social networking, their membership database and publications.
It works to increase the professionalism and professional standing of members in every sector of the global satellite industry through partnerships with leading educational institutions and the private sector.
